Switching from an unhealthy diet to a healthy one is a tough job. If you are one of the many people who are struggling to put off some weight probably for aesthetic or health reasons, you would have thought how hard it is. That’s true. What’s good about medifast is that it doesn’t starve you. It’s as simple as eating just as I did before the diet. The good thing is I’m already dieting without even knowing it! Switching won’t be tough in other words. The weight loss power that’s in a medifast diet is not different with the normal healthy diet. They say that the only way you can put off weight is to eat less, burn calories via exercise. The prepackaged medifast diet has no more than 800-1000 calories! That’s half of what we normally require! So imagine taking less calories everyday, pair that up with exercise – that would equate to weight loss!

Nobody wants to be kept waiting. We all want to be in the fast lane. Being like that, I waited for results immediately with my past diet programs. But as weight loss has to be a life-long journey, I started to be patient. And voila! Who would have thought that eating would help you lose weight? I started seeing results within a week putting off about one pound each week.
