WASHINGTON – The U.S. Army surpassed just one million COVID-19 vaccines administered at medical treatment facilities yesterday. As of May 11, the Army has administered 1,014,095 COVID-19 vaccination doses at medical treatment amenities in about 80 destinations all over the entire world to servicemembers, households, civilians, contractors, and other eligible beneficiaries.

Of those people, 436,533 recipients are totally vaccinated and 577,562 have obtained the very first dose.

358,512 Troopers have received their very first vaccine and 278,336 are completely vaccinated. Almost fifty percent of active obligation Troopers have obtained at least one dose and more than 1-third are fully vaccinated.
