Chris Pratt ‘cried’ when fans said he insulted his ex-wife Anna Faris: ‘My son’s gonna read that one day’

Chris Pratt is opening up soon after receiving backlash on-line.

The Marvel actor, 43, spoke out about the social media frenzy that occurred soon after he praised his spouse, Katherine Schwarzenegger in an Instagram write-up that pointed out their “healthy daughter.”

“[Ignoring Twitter comments is] a lesson I have uncovered. It’s not a lesson that my son has uncovered but,” Pratt shared with Men’s Health for their July/August go over.

“I stated some thing like, ‘Find another person who seems at you the way my spouse seems to be at me.’ And then I gave her some s–t in the issue and mentioned, ‘But I appreciate you. I’m so grateful for my wife – she gave me a wonderful, healthy daughter,'” Pratt mentioned.

“And then a bunch of article content came out and explained, ‘That’s so cringeworthy. I can not believe Chris Pratt would thank her for a healthy daughter when his very first little one was born untimely. That’s these a dig at his ex-spouse.’”

Right after the unfavorable backlash occurred, the “Guardians of the Galaxy” star was nervous about the lasting effect it would have on his son, Jack, 9.

“That is f–ked up. My son’s gonna examine that a person working day,” he explained. “He’s 9. And it’s etched in electronic stone. It definitely f—king bothered me, dude. I cried about it.”

“He was born at a few pounds, and we were advised, ‘OK, you need to be well prepared for increasing a specific-demands youngster,'” Faris informed the outlet. “And we felt like it was devastating, but it also felt like, you know, ‘We can do this.'” 

The “Parks and Recreation” alum was married to Faris, 45, from 2009-2018. Faris is now married to cinematographer Michael Barrett.

The “Jurassic Globe” actor and Schwarzenegger wed in June 2019 and have since welcomed two daughters. Lyla, 2, born in August 2020 and Eloise was born in Might.

Amid the backlash, Pratt received praise from his mom-in-legislation, Maria Shriver.
